HR Advisor role based in Inner West Sydney for 12 months.

This family-owned animation company is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Sydney on a 12 month contract. The role will be supporting 100 staff including 50 staff based locally.
Your new role
In this role you will be providing a range of HR Services to meet business objectives and the needs of employees and managers. It will be a mix of operational and strategic HR responsibilities including managing the HR inbox, maintaining databases and reporting to training and development, performance management and policy and process updates.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a HR generalist with strong business partnering skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the business. You will have sound knowledge of Fair Work and National Employment Standards. You will also enjoy and thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment.
What you'll get in return
This position is a standalone role and would be ideal for someone looking to make their own mark. This role also offers hybrid working. Salary $105,000- $115,000 + super depending on experience.
