Your new company is a construction company looking for a HR Administrator to support the HR Manager on an initial contract of 6 months with a view to extension or permanency.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
- Act as a first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Manage candidate re-location processes from overseas
- Posting job advertisements and pre-screening applicants
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally:
- Hold a third level qualification in HR or a related discipline
- Have experience within HR or Recruitment in the construction or a similar industry
- Have knowledge and/or experience with the Building and Construction award
