Greenkeeper

Greenkeeper is responsible in assisting the Head Curator in preparing and maintaining all sporting fields.

Your new company
Our client is currently looking for a Greenkeeper to commence with them on a permanent basis.

Your new role:
  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the School’s sport fields and surrounding grounds
  • Assisting with renovating and maintaining turf wickets
  • Assisting with the setup of marquees and seating as required for sporting events
  • Assisting in the maintenance of fire trails
  • Assisting with marking up Athletics and Cross Country tracks
  • Ensure any chemical spraying is done in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
  • Ensure all Plant and Equipment is maintained to the highest standard
  • In all matters relating to your work you are to be well groomed and well presented
  • Undertake other duties as requested by the Property Manager, Head Curator or Assistant Head Curator
What you'll need to succeed
  • Current driver’s license
  • WWCC
  • Horticulture (Turf management) Certificate III
  • AQF3 Chemical Accreditation
  • Must be hard working, motivated and able to work unsupervised
