Your new role
You will be in a fast-paced, high-volume front line service role, helping customers with general enquiries to do with their superannuation and their investments. You will be provided with top-tier training that will see you really make an impact to your customer, and find yourself an expert in the area within months. Some key responsibilities include:
  • Providing excellent customer service by being informative, courteous and professional to all clients
  • Responding to a high volume of inbound calls from Investors, advisers, employers and third parties in a professional manner
  • Modelling subject matter expertise across product lines such as investments, superannuation, annuities and pension accounts
  • Providing customers with accurate product and service information across all

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ideally we are looking for recent-grads who are keen to get their foot in the door within banking or wealth
  • Having exposure to fast-paced environments in contact centre, retail or hospitality is advantageous
  • The ability to start end of May pending background checks
  • A hard-working team-orientated attitude who wants to really make their mark on the bank and its customers

  • Fulltime permanent role based in the Sydney CBD - starting salary of $60k + super, can grow to $70k in first 12-18 months with 3-4 promotions available
