An exciting new opportunity is available for a Graduate Service Desk Analyst at an IT Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position, located in the Northern Beaches. The organisation has a collaborative working environment with excellent facilities on site.

Your new role
The primary function of this role is to provide phone and email support to the company’s end users.

What you'll need to succeed

• Microsoft desktop operating systems skills: eg. Windows 10
• Understanding of Microsoft desktop application software: eg. MS-Office, Outlook, One-Drive, Office 365 skills
• Understanding of Virtualisation: eg. ESX/ESXi , Hyper-V.
• Understanding of basic networking (switching, security, firewalling, VPNs)
• Understanding of ‘The Cloud’, collaboration and mobility
• Excellent understanding Cyber Security and some of the basic security methods
