Your new role
Reporting to the CEO and Founder this operational role will manage the P&L of the business to meet and exceed budgeted financial performance through effective contract retention, contract revenue. contract profitability and expenditure . With 5 direct reports, you will lead managers by ensuring efficiency, client satisfaction and compliance. This role is part of the SLT and helps the CEO execute strategy for successful outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to understand key financial metrics which impact outcomes for the client and a business perspective and use these to make decisions and communicate trends throughout the business, Have developed an authentic leadership style capable of leading and mentoring teams. Multi site contract management or experience from Facilities management or soft services will be highly regarded.
