Your new role
The purpose of your role will be to support the Team Manager in providing a quality service to the membership of the super fund, through efficient and accurate answering of inbound telephone calls and written communication. Some key responsibilities will be:
  • Providing top-tier customer service to clients, by going above and beyond to enhance the customer experience
  • Identifying and trouble-shooting issues for clients and resolving issues over the phone and email
  • Provide technical advice regarding superannuation and on occasions general advice if accredited to do so
  • Being a subject matter expert on all things to do with the super-fund, to best upskill yourself and provide the customer with great service

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to interview start of August with a potential mid-August start date
  • Go through in-office training before moving to a WFH model if that's your preference
  • Contact centre experience is required, as they need people to hit the ground running and be capable when WFH
  • Superannuation, banking or financial services is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to commit to a fulltime contract, with M-F hours rotating between 08:00-19:00 or 08:00-18:00
  • Demonstrated experience going above and beyond for clients in a phone based role
  • PR and Citizen only
