Finance & office administrator | Perm opportunity | St Kilda Rd | Full time office based | $75K- $80K + Super

Your new company
Our client a leading non-bank fintech is looking for a finance & office administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Over 50 franchisees across Australia work with our corporate team offering leading finance solutions.

Your new role
  • Managing client and franchisee communications and expectations
  • Accounts payable & receivable duties when required
  • Maintaining financial accounts
  • Payroll duties when required
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation duties
  • Working closely with other teams to provide assistance when required

What you'll need to succeed
  • High attention to detail
  • System savvy
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Experience with XERO preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in office applications, MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great Team player
