Based in Southern Tasmania, this industry leading company operates within the Aquaculture, Mining & irrigation Sectors. With a focus on High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Fabrication, Construction and Product Testing. They are based in the Huonville Area and with recent growth within the business they are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager.

Your new role
As the Finance Manager you’ll be employed full-time on a Temporary basis and reporting directly to the Owner & CFO. You’ll be responsible for undertaking all day to day financial operations of the business including but not limited to;

• Data Entry of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• General Administration Duties (When needed)
• Processing Bank Payments
• Bank/Ledger/Transaction Reconciliations
• Prepare Cashflow Forecasts
• Prepare/Lodge Business Activity Statements
• Manage/Renew Insurance Policies
• Ensuring Compliance of Statutory Law/Finance/Tax Regulations

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a good all-rounder, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel (Formatting Documents) and have previous experience in a similar function. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, strong system skills across MYOB software and be adaptable to an environment which requires a diverse range of skills. This role would be well suited to a candidate with multiple years post graduate experience. Candidates need full working rights in Australia and be prepared to undergo a national police check prior to commencement.
