Your new role
In this role you will be assisting with various finance and administration requirements of the practice as required. It is a shared role and specific tasks and roles will be determined depending on your skills, experience and knowledge. The role includes the following duties:

  • Project administration and invoicing
  • Branch profitability
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will need 3+ years of experience in a similar role, a good attitude, and be detail orientated. Experience using Deltek highly desirable.

What you'll get in return
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will get the opportunity to join a successful company, with a great collaborative work culture. You will benefit from a salary of $75,000-$85,000 + super depending on experience. This role is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
