Your new role
As a Factory Foreman, you will be responsible with ensuring the smooth running of production in the factory. By delegating tasks to the factory team, you will make sure that the cabinet makers are on track to meet deadlines and are completing all tasks to standard.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Cabinet Maker by trade with experience in leading a team as well as:

• Having experience as a Foreman is preferred
• You will need to be confident in reporting back to the Factory Manager with project progress
• Be able to delegate tasks to the team and support the Factory Manager to ensure the smooth running of the factory.
