Your new role
The duties of the Facilities Manager is to ensure the high standards expected within this organisation is achieved within the FM team. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8, contractors and stakeholders. You will also ensure all works are completed within scope, statutory requirements/BCA, liaison with statutory authorities and managing the team which is responsible for all reactive and scheduled/planned maintenance
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you will be an experienced Facilities manager with strong contractor and trade maintenance management, exceptional communication skills and minor project management experience.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent fulltime role based in the Lower north Shore remunerating between $100K to $110K plus super
