Facilities Assistant

Concierge / Admin, Private sector, ASAP start
Your new company
The client is a private sector organisation with their head office based in South west of Brisbane. They own and manage a single, mixed use site with mix of Commercial and industrial buildings. They are currently looking to engage the services of a Concierge to play key customer facing role with the team.

Your new role
This team plays key role in the management of the property portfolio. Bulk of the work is delivered by external hard and soft service contractors; however, they retain a smaller team to administer and support the processes. This role is customer facing. Managing an administrative workload for things like security passes, inductions, as well as a customer service specialist function to assist with catering, events, visitors and working to process information back and forth to the hard and soft service contractors that do the building maintenance, plus cleaning and security on the building.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have a customer service / hospitality / concierge / customer service background. They would be comfortable providing an excellent customer service experience and comfortable administering the workload of the team.

What you'll get in return
The client looking at long term temp contract, suggesting an initial 12-month engagement. They are offering good hourly rates between $35-40ph plus super. Being non-CBD, there is plenty of free parking on site.
