Your new role
You will be joining a dynamic team of industry professionals providing direct the executive VP within a diverse area of the business. This will include attending and organising meetings, diary management, drafting communication on their behalf maintaining sound communication with team members. You will be collaborating with other Executive Assistants as well as coordinating and preparing meeting agendas with any other required documentation. As an Executive Assistant, you will also be required to maintain rapport with key internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships. This is a fast-paced role with lots of moving parts, this support position is crucial in maintaining day to day operations for the executives.

You are a driven, organised individual looking for a new dynamic role in an exciting industry learn from skilled professionals. As a successful applicant, you will require excellent communication skills and demonstrate a high level of organisation and time management skills. You are driven and take initiative in all tasks to meet deadlines. You have exceptional attention to detail and are confident in fast-paced dynamic environments. You are an innovative thinker and go above and beyond when problem-solving to adapt quickly when responding to various demands. As an EA you understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when communicating with key stakeholders across the business.
