Our client is a leading planning and project management organisation who are now seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join their growing administration team. They are highly respected in the Construction industry, with modern offices in a professional corporate environment. This role is ideal for an individual who is switched on and is wanting to progress their career into the construction industry.

Your new role

You will be the face of the company, sitting at Reception as the Team Assistant you will work closely with the each member of the support team including the Personal Assistants. The key elements to your role will include: booking and scheduling meetings, assisting with the coordination of events, managing administrative tasks and reporting back to the PA’s, maintaining filing systems, preparing documents, and assisting with travel arrangements.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful applicant will be an experienced Administrator with experience working in a corporate setting. You will have a positive can do attitude, naturally proactive and happy to assist. You must be willing to take on challenges, manage conflicting deadlines and posses a professional attitude. Exposure to the Construction industry will be advantageous. It is essential that you are articulate with superior attention to detail. You will be techy savvy, possess strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and take pride in your high quality of work.
