Your new company
Hays has partnered with one of Ballarat's oldest earthmoving support group with their ongoing maintenance and development across the city. With the increase in demand, they are seeking experienced operators to join their crew to assist in construction of Ballarat's upcoming neighbourhoods.

Your new role
You will be a part of smaller crew, 3 - 5 personnel operating anything from 5T - 22T excavators and skid steers to move dirt, break rocks, loading trucks. This is site has a standard for high productivity, so it is expected of you to work efficiently and safely to ensure work is completed to merit.

What you'll need to succeed

• Confidence working on large machinery
• Full time availability 5-6 days a week
• Experience in Civil Construction, Quarries or Mining
• White Card
• Reliable transport
• Truck licence would be beneficial
• Other relevant tickets would be beneficial – moxy, dozer, skid steer, grader
