Located in Hawthorn, this multiple award-winning company is seeking multiple Platform Operations Specialists to join their team in the day-to-day assistance of Advisors and their superannuation members/investors.

Your new role
The Customer Relations Team is responsible for providing high quality of service and advice to the organisations’ Advisors – you’ll be supporting this team and their investors and members with a high level of engagement and service
  • Your duties and responsibilities include
  • Answering multiple requests and queries via telephone and email
  • Escalating complex enquiries and issues to the relevant team, ensuring they are prioritised and tracked to completion
  • Logging and managing all calls and queries quickly and effectively
  • Providing a help desk support role to ensure seamless navigation of platforms to Advisors and their supporting staff,
  • Effectively utilising available time to manage queries and outstanding issues
  • Ensuring you adhere to your roster and break time accordingly

What you'll need to succeed
  • Passion for high performance and quality of service
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and foster an environment of continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in contact centres highly desirable
  • Advantageous if you have previous financial services industry experience
  • Minimum educational requirement is completion of VCE or equivalent
