Your new roles
1) Customer Service
Receiving inbound calls from existing customers, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions, whilst adhering to banking compliance guidelines and uncovering future needs for the customer.

2)Administration
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues. Verifying documentation and inputting data into the database. In addition, undertake any other adhoc administrative tasks required by your manager

What you'll need to succeed
  • Located within 1 hour of Melbourne CBD
  • Full working rights with at least 12 months available
  • Strong ability to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time
  • Has a desire to work towards individual targets and team goals
  • A passion to want to develop your career in the Financial Services
  • Work experience in a team environment.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with a track record of working autonomously.
