Your new role
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will lead the day to day operational tasks related to the AU, and omnichannel customer requests. Based on a great understanding of the market and your experience on the online retail platform, you are a Manager who can understand the retail strategy and be responsible for the e-business development, executing value for all clients across the value chain.
  • implement and execute the online retail strategy, support inter vision whilst raising local specifics and escalate local needs to the Region.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, provide insights and recommend actions.
  • Animate the Online Retail community and visions in the market and promote omnichannel understanding and culture.
  • Define and implement the web strategy in the market and build a detailed understanding of the web business locally.
  • Propose relevant action plans to develop the web business locally focusing on every actionable levers in line with online retail strategy.
  • Align the action plans and sales objectives and guarantee the coordination with Local Digital identity on website content and SEO business strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to adapt global web product assortment planning and merchandising.
  • Strong collaboration and transversal planning with the Marcomms, media and digital teams to support demand generating ecommerce investment and planning.
  • Responsible for CRC sales, service and quality KPI's targets locally.
  • Make sure the management of day-to-day technical and business needs is consistent with the strategy and escalating necessary evolutions.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5 years of relevant ecommerce business/client relation experience, with client facing experience preferred and 2 years managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of online and offline customer journey.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem solver and service orientated.
  • Constant "can-do" attitude.
  • Previous experience in retail/luxury consulting is a plus.
