Document Controller

Experienced Doc Controller needed for a Gold Mining company here in the CBD.
A Gold mining company located in the CBD is currently looking for a Document Controller for a period of 6 months to cover Maternity leave.
This role is an immediate start, CBD location with flexible start and finish times and the opportunity to work from home occasionally.

Your role will be, but not limited to:

  • General controlling of documents for projects
  • Basic communication between the project teams
  • Filing
  • Receiving transmittable and uploading them to their shipments in the system.
  • Formatting documents
  • Submitting Project reports

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous Document Control experience
  • Resource experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Sharepoint experience is a MUST!
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Commitment to the assignment
