Your new role:
This inspirational school is looking to welcome a dynamic Diploma educator to join a dedicated team. As a thriving Educator you will collaborate with an experienced and passionate team to lead and support a high-quality education & care program to inspire exceptional learning experiences. The educator’s partner with the children during this developmental journey with love, care, and guidance by providing dynamic spaces which are beautifully designed, spacious, and safe for children to explore and discover in.
Your role will be to champion and support a carefully thought out, high quality curriculum incorporating a challenging and well-paced pre-literacy and pre-numeracy programme. The school strongly believes that their teachers, educators, and staff are the key to their success. Their handpicked staff are highly motivated and trained and carry dynamic personality with a professional demeanour, creating a nurturing environment for the children. Similarly, you will be given the opportunity to attend professional development training throughout the year to support educational program that is aligned to approved frameworks and best practice in early childhood pedagogy, to extend your passion.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Diploma (early childhood education) approved by ACECQA
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with families, children, and other staff.
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
