Your new role
As the new Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the World Animal Protection marketing strategy for Australia and New Zealand. By collaborating with your local and global colleagues, you will be responsible for optimising and enhancing supporter experience to ensure that campaigns connect with audiences, and inspire them to act for animals.

Some of the responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Leading, developing and energising a small team to engage and mobilise new and existing supporters across digital channels
  • Assessing and overseeing the current marketing strategy, working on enhancing and filling gaps in our channel presence and audience insights
  • Support the streamlining, automation and measurement of tasks to improve new and existing supporter experience.
  • Overseeing and managing the marketing budget
  • Working with internal stakeholders to achieve wider organisational goals across communications and marketing, brand, fundraising and campaigns

What you'll need to succeed
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing strategy development and implementation
  • A proven background in automation, engagement and digital channel expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline, automate, and measure marketing tasks and workflows
  • Experience and ability to manage a team, acting as an energiser and hands-on mentor
  • Confident decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
