Our client is a financial institution that educates and implements new methods to digital payments for its customers.

Your new role
You will be the lead specialist in Omni-Channel delivery. This digital content heavy rolling will include the following day to day responsibilities:

  • Support paid marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on data, metrics, analytics and optimisation
  • Maintain all technologies owned by the Digital Marketing Team
  • Work with external stakeholders to enable new tools and platforms
  • Share digital marketing expertise with wider marketing team to build knowledge and capability
  • manage internal relationships to ensure successful campaign delivery

What you'll need to succeed
  • MINIMUM 3 years experience in 1to1 customer communication delivery
  • Extensive experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Responsys, Maxymiser and Tealium CDP
  • Advanced SQL Skills
  • Digital Channel understanding Instagram, Facebook, Google
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Stakeholder experience
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask and take initiative
