Our client is a financial institution that educates and implements new methods to digital payments for its customers.
Your new role
You will be the lead specialist in Omni-Channel delivery. This digital content heavy rolling will include the following day to day responsibilities:
- Support paid marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on data, metrics, analytics and optimisation
- Maintain all technologies owned by the Digital Marketing Team
- Work with external stakeholders to enable new tools and platforms
- Share digital marketing expertise with wider marketing team to build knowledge and capability
- manage internal relationships to ensure successful campaign delivery
What you'll need to succeed
- MINIMUM 3 years experience in 1to1 customer communication delivery
- Extensive experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of Responsys, Maxymiser and Tealium CDP
- Advanced SQL Skills
- Digital Channel understanding Instagram, Facebook, Google
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder experience
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask and take initiative
