Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Taking calls from customer with escalated enquiries or service issues
- Coordinate with the logistics team to investigate missing or delayed items
- Processing incoming orders
- Responding to enquiries from the company Facebook page
- Assisting the marketing team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience or working in a customer service role
- Previous administration support experience and a good level of skill with MS Office
- An ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team
- SAP experience is an advantage
