Your new role
In your new role as demand planner, you’ll join the wider supply chain team and become a key player in the S&OP process across the wider business. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeed
Owning the demand forecasting process, driving enhancements in forecast accuracy through root cause analyses and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the planning function.
Communicating demand forecast data to the wider planning and operations team to ensure optimal materials requirement planning, inventory availability and capacity utilisation.
Supporting the wider S&OP process through improved forecasts and accurate reporting, presenting insights to key stakeholders both commercial and operational, and influencing decision-making.
What you'll get in return
Previous experience in a demand planner/analyst role, with a demonstrated understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
Strong ERP systems knowledge, with advanced Excel skills, and forecasting tool knowledge a plus.
A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse large volumes of data, interpret it and communicate insights in a digestible manner.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create strong working relationships and to influence across multiple levels of a business and cross-functional teams.
You’ll join a growing business with a focus on innovation and sustainability, in a flexible workplace offering hybrid work and variable hours, earning a salary of $100-110K + super + bonus.
