Your new role

Work for the local government department that delivers exceptional customer service to the public. Develop, maintain, support and organise team administrative processes and systems to assist the Customer Service team deliver exceptional service. If you’re a people person, have an interest in Customer Service team within the contact centre department and you enjoy a challenge, this could be the position for you!

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years customer service call experience
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service related work environment
  • Great communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering essential data, auditing, creating and maintaining record keeping systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise workload, meet deadlines and key performance measures
