This dynamic & fun privately owned wine distributor services both on and off the premise market. Their main focuses being on fine wine and delivering exceptional customer service. Many offices throughout Australia & New Zealand employing upwards of 200 staff nationally

Your new role
In this role you’ll be responsible for being the main point of contact for customers, building relationships both internal and external with stakeholders as you’ll be the key to ensure customers are well looked after.

Key Duties & Responsibilities will include
  • Accurately processing of all orders and credits
  • Answering calls
  • Updating and maintain customer accounts
  • Troubleshooting of external and internal customer issues
  • Booking couriers

What you'll need to succeed
  • Being able to work in a fast paced & high-pressure role
  • Great Customer Service skills (Hospitality & Retail experience preferred)
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Outlook)
  • Understanding of wine
