Work for a global leader in English language testing for healthcare professionals. Seeking a customer service officer to deliver exceptional, professional and high-quality customer experiences to all customers.

Your new role
  • Deliver high-quality and professional customer service at all points of contact to stakeholders, and members of the public.
  • Collating necessary documents to effectively liaise with other team members and obtain relevant information towards outcome for complaints and other candidate cases.
  • Providing feedback to management on improvement of customer service policies, procedures and SLA’s.
  • Ensure policy, procedures for candidate administration are handled and recorders.
  • Identify areas in policies, procedures and processes that need improvement and make recommendations based on these.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, confident creating pivot tables, macros and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Previous experience working in Customer Service Officer role.
  • Experience handling difficult situations, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
