Your new role
The role is to receive mainly inbound calls from existing members, clients, and financial planners. Your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions, whilst adhering to superannuation compliance guidelines and uncovering future needs for the customer.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be someone who loves interacting with customers and being able to assist with their needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Other key factors to your success include:
  • Previous experience in call centre, retail, hospitality is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and phone manner
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Resilient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
