Recruiting for a NSW Government Department who require multiple Customer Service Officers until June 2022 in Western Sydney with possibility for extensions. This role will require you to work in the office.

Your new role
  • Provide a high-level quality of customer service and sales daily to stakeholders
  • Take a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls whilst also managing administrative tasks
  • Provide clear, correct and timely information.
  • You will be required to follow up with emails regarding student admissions, these enquires will be turned into actual admissions.
  • This role consists of a range of sales, customer service and administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Must have a WWCC, if you were to be successful this would be required before your start date.
  • Contact Centre, Sales or Retail experience is highly desirable
  • Have worked towards KPIs
  • Can handle a high volume environment and work well in a team.

What you'll get in return
  • Pay: $31.25ph
  • Location: Kingswood
  • Office Based
  • Hours: 35 paid hours per week on a rotating roster between 8.20am and 5.30pm
