You must be comfortable managing high volume interactions in a multi-channel environment including phone and digital channels
Your new role
Provide an outstanding customer experience over the phone and via digital channels
Add value at every opportunity by empowering customers to understand and have control of their online banking.
Liaise with different stakeholders to achieve the best customer outcome and be actively involved in change amongst the business.
