Permanent customer service opportunity | Office located in WILLOUGHBY | $60k-$70k + Super

Your new role
The customer service role is very crucial to the company operations and requires a variation of tasks and responsibilities including:

  • Receive breakdown calls... log and determine appropriate action.
  • Send out reminder letters/emails for service.
  • Receive customer bookings and advise a time range for the service visit and confirm method of payment.
  • Dispatch the appropriate technician and ensure the correct priority is given to the job at hand.
  • Follow up on clients as directed by Service Manager.
  • Ensure all customers receive excellent service and are fully informed of the progress of their service or situation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a suitable fit to this role you will have the following skills sets/experience:

  • Empathy to all customers
  • Confident in handling complaints
  • Strong experience within customer service
  • Good phone manner and solid communications skills
  • Ability to multi task and handle high volumes of work
  • A team player
  • Experience with MYOB is preferred but not essential

What you'll get in return
You will be employed into a permanent full time role, working Monday to Friday 9-5, based at the Willoughby office where there is a supportive and collaborative team culture. This is a family owned business that is very well established and still experiencing growth. There are opportunities to Upskill yourself and grow with the organisation. You will receive hands on training and support in the team and will not work to KPI's. This is an interesting and varied role. Paying a salary between $60-70,000 + super dependant on experience.
