Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Taking incoming orders via phone, email and via the sales team
- Processing orders through the inventory system
- Speaking with and building lasting relationships with customers
- Keeping customers informed of any supply chain issues
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with forecasting
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have fantastic communication skills and and be able to apply this to building relationships with clients and internal departments. Full training on their system will be provided although prior experience in a CRM system will be beneficial. Finally, as company foster great internal relationships, you' be a great team player and be willing to help others.
