Customer Service Coordinator

Your new role
Your main aim is to provide outstanding customer experience over the phone and via email for your dedicated customers by facilitating their orders and answering their enquires. The hours required for this role are rotating between 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Key functions of the Role are:
  • Organise bookings and provide regular updates to your customers
  • Processes orders for the businesses you work with
  • Proactive reporting provided to customer


What you'll need to succeed
  • Contact Centre experience
  • Able to work with KPI’s
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A passionate and proactive attitude towards helping new and existing customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • A confident and pleasant phone manner
  • Solution focused mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
