Your new company
We are currently recruiting a number of Customer service and sales based roles with a leading provider of vocational education, based in Kingscliff, NSW. This role is office based with a potential for a 3 month extension. Several roles are available over multiple intakes.
Hours: 35 paid hours per week on a rotating roster between 8.20am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Kingscliff (Office based)
Your new role
Within your new role, you will be assisting with enquiries to new and existing customers:
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls
- Send & receive emails in regard to admission
- General administration
- Data entry
- Working with an established team
- Sales experience is desirable
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Ability to manage high volume based work
- Prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid Police Check
- Covid Vaccination policy in place
