This growing specialist medical devices company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team in Lane Cove.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
What you'll need to succeed
- Answering incoming calls and responding to email orders
- Checking stock levels and placing products on back order
- Liaising with third party logistics providers to arrange deliveries
- Dealing with end users and providing product support
- General team administration
To be successful in this role you will have ideally come from a similar role and be motivated to provide high levels of customer service. Previous exposure to an ERP system to process orders is essential and is generally strong IT skills. You'll understand the process of moving products from manufacture through to customers and be capable of problem solving and prioritising your time and meeting deadlines.
