Customer Service Administrator

Full time permanent opportunity to work for a family owned business as a customer service Representative

Your new company
Our client is a family owned and operated business who specialised in landscape and building supplies. Located in the Wollongong region, our client has been in business from 1976 delivering high quality products alongside a superior customer service.

Your new role
As a customer service administrator you would provide excellent customer service and sound product advice on building and landscape supplies. Your daily responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
  • Interact with customers both instore and via phone
  • Provide quotes and estimates
  • Schedule deliveries with customers
  • Assisting in delivery allocations

What you'll need to succeed

Retail experience is desired
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
