A manufacturing company based in Port Melbourne is searching for a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join their team.
Your new role
You will answer the phones and handle customer inquiries which are service based questions that are often urgent. They are looking for their queries to be actioned quickly, and for technicians to be scheduled ASAP.
You will be managing the inbox and handling internal & external communications
Data Entry duties, using SAP & Salesforce
Sending Quotes to Clients using SAP & Salesforce
Assisting the customer service team with overspill of calls
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent phone manner & customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Ability to work well autonomously & as part of a team (8 people)
Computer Literacy skills (SAP experience desired but not essential)
Strong attention to detail
