Your new role
Joining a project team within the contact centre you will be reaching out to customers regarding compliance details and registering customer details for payments from the finance team. This is a fantastic gateway into the world of lending, where full training will be provided so you can hit the ground running. Some key responsibilities will include:
  1. Making outbound calls to customers to: confirm identity; confirm eligibility (for a remediation payment); obtain bank details.
  2. Maintaining record of communication (attempts and discussions)
  3. Registering approved customers for payment by Finance
  4. Responding to incoming communication & queries
  5. Escalating issues if and as required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Fantastic verbal communication, with strong customer service experience
  • Contact centre experience is preferable, but open to a variety of customer service experience as long as they have a great phone manner
  • Full working rights and ability to commit to a minimum six month FTC fulltime between the hours of 0830-1700
  • Ability to work flexibly between home and the Sydney CBD
  • Ability to start latest 1st of August
