Customer Experience Consultant - FMCG. WFH/Office. Woolloomooloo. Mon-Fri, office hours. $30 ph + super

You will be working in their modern office in Woolloomooloo which overlooks the harbour. They are looking for a great customer service candidate who is looking to grow within the company

Your new role

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you are key in delivering Service Excellence to our customers in Australia. You are empowered to build strong customer relationships, support, and resolve problems in an engaging, timely and professional way. You communicate with Retailers primarily through Live Chat and utilize a variety of software tools to converse, navigate, review, research and troubleshoot.

  • Calmly and professionally manages complaints, redirects, or escalates matters requiring specialist assistance, liaises across areas to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Checks customer satisfaction and offers further assistance before closing the conversation.
  • Checking on deliveries and providing ETA's
  • Entering up to date information on the SAP system
  • Tracking orders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Contact center experience is essential for this role
  • Preferably experience working for a FMCG contact center is desirable but not a must
  • Salesforce, SAP & Live Chat experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
