This leading insurance company based in Brisbane CBD are seeking for multiple permanent Customer Care Consultants to join their inbound contact centre team.

Your new role
In this role as a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all customers through effective inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will be required to assess the caller’s needs, determine the most appropriate course of action and maximise sales opportunities.

This role will be full-time Monday to Friday and will require full availability between 8am to 8pm (rotating roster).

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have exposure to the following skills:

  • You will demonstrate a high level of computer literacy, confident in using multiple systems simultaneously with the ability to touch type.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service on inbound customer enquiries.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage all cases received over the telephone in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a cooperative, team environment.
