Your new role
The Customer Care Associate provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Customers include internal business colleagues, external customers such as veterinary clinics, retailers, farmers, and pet owners across both the Companion Animal and Large Animal Businesses.
  • This role will provide first level phone and email support for retail outlets, field teams, pharmacovigilance and quality reporting, marketing assistance, loyalty program enquiries and general administration.
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales colleagues and technical service veterinarians requiring ad-hoc head office support.
  • Provide assistance administering the loyalty program. Update member details, payment preferences, status of membership and general assistance to loyalty members.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams, Veterinary Medical Services, veterinary clinics, and pet owners.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills required.
  • Pleasant phone manner and ability to communicate confidently with customers via phone and email.
  • Efficient Microsoft Office Skills, internet knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task, interact and work within a team environment and function independently when required.
