Customer and Applications Support Officer

Experienced Customer and Applications Support Officer required for organisation based in Lake Macquarie.

Your new company
Hays Technology are currently working with a Leading Retail and Trades Supplier who have their National Office based in Newcastle. They are seeking an experienced Customer and Applications Support professional to join their established team.

Your new role
This role would suit someone who has a strong customer service background and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, imitative to seek out solutions and a genuine interest in developing their skills in a systems and application support capacity.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience with Pronto is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to support internal customers with the use of Pronto
  • Information Technology qualifications and experience is highly desirable
