Corporate Receptionist needed in reputable Government Organisation! $351 Day Rate excl Super. Sydney CBD.

This reputable government insurance organisation based in Sydney CBD is seeking multiple Corporate Receptionists to provide administrative services to the team

Your new role
Your new role will involve delivering a high standard of administrative support. You will be based front of house and your duties will involve:

• Meeting and greeting patients, answering telephones and providing information to the general public in a professional and courteous manner whilst ensuring the work environment is welcoming and supportive to patients and visitors by assisting in maintenance of the area
• Competence to ensure filing, faxing and photocopying and other correspondence are carried out in an appropriate manner whilst respecting and maintaining confidentiality of all client information according to established guidelines relating to maintenance and storage of both physical and electronic patient and financial process / outcome files
• Coordinate and deliver the management of multiple meeting rooms including technology operation, support events and organisation of catering.
• Perform safe hands (person to person) courier services between Gosford and Sydney office locations using agency vehicle, as required.
• Ad hoc administration requirements as needed

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you must:

• be available at short notice and able to commit to the entire based in Sydney CBD
• be fully vaccinated
• Previous experience working in administration is essential
• Confident multi-tasker and have a committed approach to customer satisfaction
• Rotate across all locations as required and oversee the day-to-day functions.
• High attention to detail

What you'll get in return
On offer to you is a front of house administration position assisting a reputable government department on a 6-month assignment at a day rate of $351 per hour excl super. In return you will be working full time normal business hours Monday – Friday. You will be working in a supportive team in their Sydney CBD-based location. The contract is looking to start ASAP.
