Hays Facilities Management have opportunities for experienced front-of-house staff seeking ongoing temporary work in the CBD. Working within for a large representative body this is an ongoing opportunity for a facilities officer/concierge/catering assistant. Seeking expressions of interest from the hospitality industry, no more late nights or weekends!

Your new role

  • Greeting and signing in guests
  • Attending to and managing tenant needs
  • Mailroom
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout all public areas of the building
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness re stocking dishwasher, washing dishes
  • Logging maintenance issues within the building
  • Re – stocking meeting rooms with tea and coffee
  • Managing incoming and outgoing courier traffic
  • Organising of security passes

What you need to do now

Being a concierge/ facilities officer you will also understand the importance of having a warm and approachable manner when dealing with tenants, clients and colleagues.
