Your new company
Your new company is a South Australian business with over 40 years of experience who provide a range of corporate, accounting and secretarial services to both the domestic and international market. Their accounting services division are seeking a Full Time worker to join their team as a Corporate Compliance Officer on a Monday to Friday basis.

Your new role
Your new role as Corporate Compliance Administrator is responsible for helping with a range of client and office focused tasks. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
  • General & ASIC compliance work for a range of Australian businesses
  • Providing business registration services
  • Providing support in the delivery of related corporate services
  • ABN Registrations
  • Answering phones and transferring to appropriate team
  • Maintaining client databases
  • Receiving, sorting, scanning and filing company mail
  • Building strong relationships with clients to foster ongoing company growth
  • Ad-hoc office administration

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
  • Previous experience working in an Accounting firm
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of ASIC systems (desirable)
  • Previous experience using XERO
  • Experience using NowInfinity highly advantageous
  • Outstanding attention to detail; this is a critical component of the role
  • MS Suite proficiency
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
