Your new company
Hays has partnered with a local Fitout and Refurbishment company operating in the commercial, education, and office sectors. Operating for over 5 years in the Brisbane market, they have built a strong reputation with handling quality projects to their clients. They are now going through a growth phase and looking to expand their office team by bringing on an experienced Contracts Administrator.

Your new role
In this role you will be working closely with the Directors managing current projects. Your role will involve handling:
  • Management of trades and subcontractors
  • Issue Variations and process progress claims
  • Financial and Budget Management and Reporting
  • Manage extensions

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your new role you will have previous experience in the Commercial Fitout and Refurbishment sector. You will be well organised, have a strong work ethic, be an adaptable person who can mesh well with the company culture, be capable of handling multiple projects at a time and have the ability to meet deadlines.
