They are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join their collaborative team.
Your new role
- Work alongside experienced Project Manager
- Management of contractual documentation
- Assist with financial and administrative activities including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, claim review and negotiation
- Let and administer contracts and purchase orders for procurement of materials, equipment and subcontracts
- Prepare documentation and administer progress claims, including records for delay, EOT’s and variations
What you'll need to succeed
- Fit out and refurbishment knowledge is an advantage
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction
- Experience in contract administration/cadet role within construction
- Excellent communication skills
