Your new role
This client is seeking multiple student advisors who are driven to uphold the values and courses knowledge provided by this institute. You will be speaking with students as a first point of contact, ensuring a smooth journey throughout their studies. You will follow up on hot leads and speak with students around study options. Having the ability to provide excellent customer service and display product knowledge is a fine balance, but having a leading education provider behind you, will help drive you to succeed. Working on site in the Eastern suburbs in Box Hill you will be required to be fully vaccinated with a booster in line with Government requirements. You will achieve all targets and KPIs set out for you in a supportive team environment. This client is seeking passionate and driven professionals to join their busy team.

What you'll need to succeed
Delivering course information to prospective students and outlining all the benefits of studying with this institute is a part of your daily routine. You will be confident in your abilities to speak with prospective students over the phone, via webchat, email or in person and provide a consultative approach to study. You will understand the needs and aspirations of the students and align the right course with what they want to achieve. You will be hard working to achieve all targets set out for you and be a team player. You will be required to have a valid working with childrens' check or the ability to obtain one before starting. This is a great role for customer service superstars to enter into the education sector
