Client Services Manager

A well-established Financial Company are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join them.

Your new role
Reporting to the Client Services Team Manager, you will be joining a team in their lovely office on the fringe of the CBD. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards to ensure high customer satisfaction. Effectively managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails from customers and liaising with fund managers, accountant and third parties. Opening bank, investments, stockbroking accounts, Organising advisor appointments, accurately lodging client document forms.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic customer service specialist with:
  • Experience in a CSM role.
  • Strong understanding of industry culture.
  • Experience with XPLAN preferred
  • Proven administration experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Always demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
  • A proactive and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality and teamwork
  • Ability to work unsupervised

What you'll get in return

This position allows you to join in their trial for a 4 day work week - full time and allows you the opportunity to continue to grow your career in a supportive environment.
